She is driven to make a difference for the people she supports, every day.

She is passionate about Talent management and has deep experience spanning all facets of Human Resource Management and strategic HR Leadership. She is currently the Director, HR at Conservation Halton. Prior to CH, she held leadership roles at Chartwell Retirement Residences, Walmart Canada and The Hospital for Sick Children.

Plezzie grew up in Toronto and is bilingual in Spanish/English; she brings an EDI lens to her leadership and strategic HR Partnerships.
