How do you view your purpose in life and how does that align - or not - with your work? Today’s guest is very clear that Talent Management is in full alignment with her purpose to help people be better.
My guest is Anjana Moitra-Ohri. Anjana is currently the Vice President, HR Programs and Services at CBI Health, one of Canada's leading community healthcare providers. CBI Health’s national interdisciplinary network of healthcare staff and professionals is over 12,000 strong. With over 17 years in HR, Anjana is a transformational leader who uses storytelling, connection and coaching to inspire the best out of people. She has a designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with Background Focus Areas in HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
She is creative, disciplined and energetic, bringing a passion and joy to the practice of HR which she harnesses to effectively connect and influence across all levels of an organization. She values achievement, authenticity, courage, empathy and joy. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion because, as a child of immigrant parents, she grew up with a heightened sense of awareness of power and privilege, and how these constructs can be used to hurt, or help those around us. These are critical levers to help uplift and create space for others.
