Jayne on Imposter Syndrome & How to Move Beyond It

This episode is a solo chat about the issue of Imposter Syndrome. I see a lot of clients who express feelings of “waiting to be found out”, in their work and personal lives. I am going to explore what Imposter Syndrome means, why it happens and how we can manage it in ourselves and support others. Setting ourselves free from this, enables us to make the behavioural choices that let us be the best versions of ourselves.
