Kelly Charles-Collins is a retired employment law attorney, TEDx Speaker, coach, and founder of Ladies Who Leverage and CEO of HR Legally Speaking, LLC. She’s been an adjunct professor at several universities, an international arbitrator, founder of a nonprofit for breast cancer, and she has written multiple books including: ACE Your Workplace Investigations and Conversations Change Things.
