024 Quentin Masson

Quentin Masson is a former SAS Sabre Squadron commander and troop commander. He is also the Global Head of Government and Defense special programs with Toll group. Masson is speaking about his military background and its effect on his leadership strategies.

Masson explains the training process of the Australian Defense Force Academy and his eventual enlisting in the SAS. He adds the ethos of the company and relates it to the common goal and attitude a group needs to share for success.
