Thomas F. McInerney is an international lawyer who combines his extensive and varied academic and policy implementation experiences to devise practical and systemic strategies that make multilateral treaties effective vehicles for change. Legal, regulatory and management concepts outlined in his book Strategic Treaty Management: Practice and Implications (Cambridge University Press 2015) and recent work incorporating technological advances for Intelligent Treaty Systems enable governments, international organizations (e.g. UN), NGOs and businesses to accelerate their sustainable development initiatives.
