We've Moved Abroad... Time For A Long Overdue Catch Up

I’m back. 

(Sorry my necklace kept hitting the mic. I hope it isn't too off putting)

It’s been a wild few weeks.

We’ve finally moved abroad. 

This has been in the making for just over a year. 

I didn’t want to say anything until that visa was officially granted. 
 
As it just felt too good to be true. 
 
But we are here now and I feel ready to share all. 
 
The last few weeks before leaving really took it’s toll. 
 
I just couldn’t manage everything, so some things like this podcast had to take a back seat in the short term. 
 
When I feel overwhelmed. 
 
I try to look at my life like dimmer switches. 
 
I hope this analogy helps you not be too hard on yourself when you have to cut some things back. 
 
But lets never let those switches ever turn off. 
 
Because your health and well being are always important.
