Re-discovering Who I Am Outside Work & Motherhood With Nic Denham

This week our guest is Nic Denham who is part owner of Honey & Violet.

Honey & violet is a hair & beauty salon in Stirling. They also focus on bridal hair and make up.

Nic was one of the first people who made me feel normal for feeling a bit lost.
Little did I know she had been feeling the same.

  The more women I speak to about this, the more I realise we are not alone and we are not crazy.  

We all go through growth phases where we question…  

“Who am I?”  
“What do I want to do?”  
and “Is this it?”  

And we can feel guilty for having these feelings.

Especially when life is 'good' and we've always been told to be grateful for what we have.

But there is nothing wrong with still wanting more.

I feel this is something that is not spoken about enough.
