I Dropped The Ball

Hello! I hope you are good.

I know... it's been a whole month without Lead-Her episodes.

To be honest I'm annoyed at myself.

As I know I've not been planned enough.

I've made excuses,
I've let life take over
and I've also been avoiding it.

I wanted to share this because we are all human, we all drop the ball sometimes.

Even when it's a goal we are excited and passionate about.

I don't think people tell us this enough.

We think everyone is ON it that we then feel guilty for having an off week.

But it's not the time off that matters it's what you do after, right?! 😉

And me just recording this episiode was my first move to getting back into routine.

Maybe for you it might be one better meal, one weekend booze free, one workout or one email.

Now what have you been putting off?
