On today’s episode I wanted to share some tips that help me continue to show up when I’m really not in the mood to do so.
Some people struggle to believe that I’m NOT always motivated to workout and work.
Of course I love my training and what I do.
But it doesn’t mean I always want to do it.
I still have mornings when I want to press snooze.
When I want to sit on the sofa and cuddle Lola.
But if I did these things I won’t be moving forward with my goals.
The easy options don’t lead to an easy happy life.
We have to overcome the hard things daily to step into this next version of ourselves.
