This week our guest is Katrina Lennon who is the owner of the sold out pole studio WINGS.
 
 Myself and Katrina met over here in Portugal and we instantly clicked discussing the passion we both have for helping women find themselves and their confidence again. 
 
 We chat about how pole helped Katrina’s find her own wings again and how she helps women in Belfast do the same. 
 
 We also chat about how she found being a full time mum and working in the NHS to launching her own business. 
 
 And the challenges & successes she’s found running her pole business for the past 3 years.
