Jayme Anne Goldberg is a visionary entrepreneur and Founder of Consequential Flowers, an EdTech company revolutionizing NextGen leadership development through BloomRadius - a responsible AI platform that gamifies essential self-leadership skills not taught in traditional education. With a proven track record of creating value in fragmented industries, she has successfully scaled ventures in real estate, construction, and consumer data analytics. Prior to Consequential Flowers, Jayme co-founded SilverLine Athletics and held senior strategy roles in investment management. A thought leader in leadership development and AI education, she is a VJAL-certified AI instructor and frequent speaker on entrepreneurship. Jayme holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Penn State's Schreyer Honors College.
