On this episode of Le Run Down I had a great chat with my friend Lecia Mancini. She was active as a kid but got in with the wrong crowd in her late teens. Until one day she decided it was time to take her life back.

From her first triathlon to her first 100 k race, she breaks down her most challenging moments and her greatest triumphs in the sport. Over the last 6 years she’s carved her place in the run community. She’s a key leader of the run rite athletics club and she now has a run club of her own called Prefontaine.
