Daily L' AFFirmation: You Are Love and You Are Loved

Today's L' AFFimration is from my interactive, illustrated, and inspirational book called "You Are Love".

"You Are Love" is a love song to you and your Inner Child.

When I was in my "fourth trimester" after giving birth to my twins, I asked the Universe to send me inspirational energy and words. I received the Universe's messages and those messages became this book.

What's a LAFFirmation?

We are choosing to affirm a thought that feels good, breathe, and laugh.

This powerful combination helps us find relief, feel better, and allows more fun things to flow into our lives. 

We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the wellbeing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Laughter Yoga is not comedy. It's an exercises and practice.

The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!

Be gentle with yourself.

Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
