Vinda Kragg the Cloud Shepherd 

Hailing from the rocky mountains outside of Unthalas, VInda Kragg is one of few remaining cloud shepherds. A mystical group of half-giants that help create the clouds that roam the blue skies. When the clouds form over the ocean and head up into the mountains, VInda Kragg takes only what is needed to water the mountains and the land and then sends the rest off over the other side so that the inland dwellers can also have water.

Of course, sometimes the clouds don't come his way so every often he travels to the city to buy salt water to seed more clouds in the mountains. Kragg enjoys his trips to civilization as it gives him a chance to watch all the wonders of life. He especially enjoys spending time at the gardens and watching the butterflies. He is a gentle soul at heart and loves listening to the stories of the small folk. - ISAAC
