Dear Gen X: Creative solutions you teach, create a brilliant future

My Dearest Gen Xers, 
I got a little emotional in this one, but I am so proud of my generation and all that we have healed in our lives.  I am here sounding the trumpets for you to take the younger generations under your wing, help heal misunderstandings, and actually teach them through clear communication. I know we can do it better than past generations.  We will ignite the creative brilliance of the younger generations, by coming up with positive ideas and mentoring them together.  Paired with our empathy and willingness to shift the way we communicate, our mentorship of the younger generations will flourish in joy!
