The Lakers, having been reeling with many losses since the NBA Cup success, got exactly what they needed on Thursday night when they faced the Hornets. Paced by a second half that was buoyed by a strong performance from the bench, the Lakers easily distanced themselves for a comfortable 133-112 victory over Charlotte.
