On this episode, the ladies chat with Emma Loney, a return guest (listen to her previous episode here), and now the reigning Miss Earth USA Eco!! YAS QUEEN!

Emma is a 2L at NIU Law, who recently competed in the 2022 Miss Earth pageant. The ladies chat about her pageant experience and what it felt like to compete as a curvy woman.

The ladies discuss mental health and the struggles lawyers and women competing in pagents,   face with the constant need to be perfect. The legal and pageant community lost a great person, Cheslie Kryst, recently to suicide and has opened up the topic of conversation about mental health even more.

The ladies then dive into how much social media has affected them and their mental health. Emma shares things she has done to combat the hateful comments and gain control over her mental health while working on social media.   The ladies ask Emma about being Elle Woods, even when you don't necessarily look like her. Emma's answer was AMAZING! Listen to find out what she says and how you can be your own version of Elle any day!
