This week Lauren, Lex and Neeka talk about what its like raising children of color to be carefree but also conscious of their skin color. Can a balance between the two be found without negatively impacting their mental health. The ladies reflect on how they came to find balance in their own lives. The ladies also react to the not-guilty verdict given to Minnesota police officer, Jeronimo Yanez for the death of Philando Castile. Though not unfamiliar, the injustice still stirs emotions.
