Jess Burgio, is a self-proclaimed HYPE GIRL whose passion is helping YOU build the confidence to chase your dreams… former beauty entrepreneur of 22 years she is the founder and host of her own podcast show-Unscripted,  she is also the co-host of Fast Foundations the podcast, author, business mentor, speaker and momma helping female entrepreneurs build the confidence they need to connect deeper to themselves and others in order to show up authentically and create a strong personal brand. 

Jess’s unique approach and signature methods focus on supporting and encouraging women to grow through personal development & self-care, all while offering the tools and strategies needed to build a thriving, sustainable personal brand that stands out.

Through her podcast, online membership, and in-person workshops-she has become the GO-TO mentor for women who want more! She does that through concrete, approachable, and proven methods to help women step into who they know they are meant to be! 

The INsiders community was created to help ambitious women go after what they want! To not only grow their business but grow their confidence INside a supportive community. Jess’s passion to build a community around women came from her own personal need for connection. She has a passion to teach, mentor, and coach and believes when you truly step into your passions, your purpose becomes clear, and everything in life becomes possible.
