This year, the word at Ladies Kickin' Ass is STRONGER!

The questions I am asking myself as I am designing my yearly goals are all wrapped around this word:

*How can I make my team STRONGER? - building community around me

*How can I be STRONGER for my team?

*What processes inside of our business can be STRONGER?

*How can we make communication at our businesses STRONGER?

*Strategically, how can we budget STRONGER to have more profitability this year?

*What education opportunities can I participate in that will make me STRONGER?

*How can I be a STRONGER mama for my kiddos?

*How can I make my marriage STRONGER?
