Ultra Runner Laura Eriks pays us a visit to discuss her upcoming Arrowhead Endurance Run. This race features a 6 hour and 12 hour option. It is hosted at Lake Arrowhead in Johnston City, Illinois.

Laura herself has competed in more than one hundred ultra races. You read that correctly - over 100! Needless to say, she and her husband Mike will put on a quality event! Even if you can't make it for the 2020 version, consider the 2021 Arrowhead Endurance Run. Rumor has it, there may even be a 24 hour event next year.
