Tunnel Hill 100 Miler with Ultra Runner Travis Rathjen

Our guest is Ultra Runner Travis Rathjen. Travis is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet and an awesome runner. We discuss with Travis his first experience with the Tunnel Hill 100 Mile event. Travis is involved in a running streak that has now lasted over six and a half years. Travis explains his mindset and how he prepares for an endurance race with various hydration choices. Travis exclusively runs in the Hoka One One brand and explains what drew him to that brand. What's up next for Travis? He is exploring trail running and looking to possibly compete in the No Business 100 Trail Race.
