Appreciated or Tolerated?

Hello,
In this episode I discuss the NYC cash bond reform bill and subways. The Atlanta restaurant Le'Bilboquet strikes again with their dress codes that some feel they are above.. Or not? Is it racial discrimination or is it a simple dress code no one wants to adhere to fully?
