5. Self care! From journaling, reading, working out, self care is essential to your happiness. β¨Β
6. Say positive affirmations about who you believe yourself to be. Β πΒ
7. Meditate, move your body, stretch, go for a walk. πΆββοΈΒ
8. NO PHONE right when you wake up! π«
9. Prioritize your important tasks in the beginning of the day. π
10. Purposeful and productive minutes in the morning. βοΈΒ
