Today on KRY.chat we chat about 3 tips that I believe can help you while you are going through the loss of a loved one. I really hold this episode close to my heart. I pray it resonates with the people who needed to hear this episode. It's coming up on 10 years since I lost my day this upcoming Sunday. I also just recently lost my Uncle a couple days ago. I am sharing these tips because it's currently what is helping me through my struggles now. I also share some stories of things I went through that helped me now that I am older to protect my mental health better after you lose someone close to you.
