Today on KRY.chat we are chatting all about my top Self care soothing techniques to better our mental health. Your mental health matters and you need to nourish it to live a healthy lifestyle! I really have discovered that one moment of self care can overcome an entire day of stress & frustration. Recently, I have been stressed, anxious, sad, overwhelmed, etc. So sharing these things not only is helping me stay accountable prioritizing my mental health, but hopefully will help someone else prioritize theirs too. If anything from today's episode, I want you to know you are loved, to always love yourself to make enough time for your self care that your mind, body and soul need no matter what and how hard it may seem to.
