Today on KRY.chat we are  Repeating Affirmations together! Affirmations are a powerful tool for creating a positive mindset and improving your overall well-being. By repeating positive statements to yourself, you can change your thought patterns and beliefs, which can lead to a more optimistic outlook on life. Affirmations can also help to reduce stress, increase confidence, and improve your mood. They can also help you to focus on your goals and stay motivated. By incorporating affirmations into your morning routine, you can set a positive tone for the day ahead and start your day with intention. Whether you're dealing with a difficult situation or simply trying to maintain a positive outlook, affirmations can be a valuable tool for improving your mental and emotional health. 🦋A challenge for you to start creating a habit of saying affirmations: 

A great way to start forming a habit of doing affirmations is to take on a 30-day affirmation challenge which is what I first did when I discovered affirmations! 

Here's how it worked for me: 

1. Choose a set of affirmations that resonate with you. You can choose from the list I provided earlier in this podcast or create your own!

2. Commit to repeating your affirmations every day for 30 days. You can choose a specific time of day to do them, such as first thing in the morning or before bed. I always do mine first thing in the morning and have alarms specifically set throughout the day as reminders to take a moment to breathe and they work wonders for me.

3. Write down your affirmations and keep them in a visible place, such as on your mirror or in your phone's notes app. This will help to keep them top of mind and reinforce the habit. I personally write mine in my journal and I look at my journal about 3-4 times a day!

4. Track your progress by keeping a journal or using a habit tracking app. This will help to hold you accountable and motivate you to stick with your affirmations.

5. Celebrate your progress at the end of the 30 days. Take time to reflect on how your affirmations have impacted your mindset and your life, and consider continuing the practice beyond the challenge!!

Remember, the most important thing is to be consistent and committed to your affirmations. By taking on a 30-day challenge, you can start to form a habit of doing affirmations and experience the benefits of a more positive mindset which is was my goal helping you achieve in sharing this with you!
