Today on KRY.chat we are chatting about Affirmations! I think repeating affirmations out loud can be so so powerful for our mindset to be geared in a positive direction. I want to start doing affirmation episodes especially after podcasts where we talk about a topic that helps you grow, so after you learn from the podcast, you have an episode followed with affirmations about the topic.
