Today on KRY.chat we are chatting about things that have changed my life once I started to put my phone down and actually get the work I needed to do done! I  believe that our phones and social media can cause very bad mental health affects after a long use of time and also distract use from chasing our dreams and goals. I have been spending a lot less time on social media and taking it all the media my phone is showing me and it has significantly changed the way I run my entire day. It has also changed my mental health, my confidence, my work ethic. 

Although I am 110% aware social media and our phones have so many benefits for our lives, there are ways to use it purposefully and still not allow it to control you, which is what my goals is to help you do in today's episode!
