EP. 4 - Elliot Simmonds

In this edition of Kratos Chat, we are joined by the highest placing British male in CrossFit Games history, Elliot Simmonds. Elliot is a 3 time games athlete and 5 time regional competitor despite being only 26 years old. He talks about the beginning of his CrossFit career, living in the middle east and how he's matured as an athlete since starting his journey. We also discuss dealing with weaknesses and the current structure of the CrossFit season.
