This week we invited to UK Country Manager for CrossFit - Ollie Mansbridge - to join us on the podcast. We discuss the controversy surrounding CrossFit over the last few weeks as well as how CrossFit plans on moving forward and how to the UK is handling it. Ollie is a co-owner for two CrossFit boxes in Bath and is also the founder the U.K. Sanctional, Strength in Depth.
