Dr. Albert Haddad was a research scientist for eighteen years and a HR consultant for five years before he started his own company in 2005. During the same time he also led youth groups in a number of churches and in the community, was on the board of non-for profit organizations and churches. He trained himself out of many roles and positions by training and mentoring, coaching and developing others to take his place. Then he discovered that he loved doing this kind of work in order to assist others achieve their God-given potential. Enjoy this episode!!!
