Nidra means sleep in Sanskrit and Yoga Nidra refers to a state in which we are neither fully asleep nor fully awake. It is deeply relaxing and is also believed to help manage mental health better. Yoga Nidra is being used by many companies and schools around the world to manage stress better. Some people also find meditation slightly difficult as they have to mostly do it themselves and in a seated position. But yoga nidra is mostly done in a lying down position, so a lot of people find it more comfortable and easy to do.
