Santosha is most commonly understood as happiness. However, yoga defines santosha as only contentment or being satisfied. But how do we practice Santosha?

Israel or officially the State of Israel is a country in the Middle East. Its main language is Hebrew and the currency is called Shekel. Sports such as Football and basketball are popular in the country. This week, I am joined by a special guest Mr. Liav, an Israeli living in Bangalore.
