Alan Carroll is a bank manager in Bank of Ireland with almost 20 years’ experience in finance and banking. He is both a chartered and professional banker from University College Dublin and offers a wealth of knowledge in personal finance and financial planning.

We take a look into the mortgage approval process, particularly from a buy to let perspective and if this is a viable option to create an alternative source of income.
