(Robyn) I met our guest less than a year ago on X when her handle was "lil miss depressive episode." She caught my eye because she was openly talking about her struggles with depression and her hopes for the future. We struck up a friendship during some dark times because no one is alone in their battle with mental illness. Now, she is on the other side of that episode and is currently working on staying healthy with the carnivore diet.
