February has been our "Simply Love" month primarily because of one of our favorite days, Valentine's Day. And with Valentine, comes thoughts of love often symbolized by the shape of a heart, the color red, candy shaped hearts as well as other tangible items that remind us of this day. We talked about what love is and the importance of loving God, others and ourselves.
However, this podcast will focus on the physical heart and the importance of taking care of it from a physical, food intake, and mental health standpoint.
