Provide Counseling, family support and education. CAPA’s Healthy Families Jackson County program provides home-based services for children and their parents to strengthen family relationships and develop healthy parenting skills. This year, CAPA will partner with United Way to expand its home-visiting and family support services to Kansas City families within the Promise 1000 Paseo Gateway Choice Neighborhoods Initiative.
