Surprise J6 public hearing; former US Atty General lays out evidence of Trump's criminal intent

The House select committee investigating the attack on the US Capitol announced that it will hold a previously unscheduled hearing to provide newly acquired evidence and testimony about the insurrection.
In another January 6 development, former attorney General Eric Holder lays out the overwhelming evidence of Donald Trump's criminal intent and suggests that any defense that relied on a claim that Trump lacked corrupt intent would be "laughed" out of court.
