Judge Rules that Powell & Chesebro Will Go to Trial But Trump and Others Can Wait

Judge Scott McAfee, the judge presiding over Donald Trump's Georgia state RICO trial, rejected the attempts of defendants Keneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell to sever or separate their cases from one another and go to trial alone. However, McAfee did sever the other 17 defendants out of the first trial and will set their trial dates in the future.
