Excellence Is In The Details

Booker T. Washington once said, “Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way.” In other words, it's all about the details! You've heard that phrase that says, “The devil is in the details” right? This means that the general idea you are trying to accomplish rarely gives you problems; the trouble comes when you get down to sorting out the details. Leaders who pursue excellence are always looking at the details. The details are often the difference between mediocrity & greatness.
