Organizations often strive for unanimous decisions around the table. However, a diverse team will bring different life experiences and perspectives to any discussion. Secure and confident leaders can handle a healthy level of disagreement, so long as there's alignment with what matters most. We may disagree in the room, but once we exit, we walk in unity and agreement on whatever decision was made.
