Yes, literally there was a fire in my apartment.

Cliff experienced a rare incident of fire a couple of days ago in his apartment in Japan. As a foreigner living in a foreign country, how does he find the emergency services in Japan based on some personal experiences, while comparing it to the UK? We will also share (getting off track) on some close to life threatening experiences and stories.
