We pick up talking to Alastair about his Cronic Fatigue battle and getting back to playing football. Alastair is very candid about the challenge of understanding the illness and managing it through this period.

Once retired Alastair moves into the business world and represents Australia in crickets over 50"s competition. Can you believe he was more nervous making his debut in front of 20 people than running onto the MCG in front of 100,000+ for a grand final!
