Ep 54: w/Yogi Brooke Nisbet: Yoga, Faith, Bikram Controversy, Vaccine Coercion

Ep 54. Currently in Japan,  Brooke is my dear college friend of 35 years. She earned her Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 credentials and has traveled around the world from Bali, Indonesia, Mexico and 2 different parts of Costa Rica to earn over 750 hours of yoga and leadership training. Also, she has her Reiki 1 and 2 Certifications. As a civilian on a US military Base near Tokyo, she is a training and curriculum specialist for dept of the army for the child and teen development center.

In her late 20s, she was crippled with weekly migraines and this began her path toward the education of natural healing, starting with Chinese acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this episode, she talks about how yoga awakened her, finding a studio or practice that is good for you, we speak of yogi Bikram Choudhury or Bikram Yoga who had a major following with his yoga methodology and then big sexual abuse charges AND he is working now in Canada (what!), then we go into her vaccination coercion story and some of the protocol she used to heal herself.

She leads the Just Be Practice with a pranayama breathing technique.
