The big context of this podcast is faith. In 2016 I had a challenging health escapade which lead to a divine experience where I could have quickly and swiftly left this body and life. Of course, I decided to stay even with oodles of hard realities in front of my eyeballs. The details are laid out here as well as why it is important to you and to life on this planet as we ascend. We are going to have to have faith in something as more things get shaken up.

The Just Be Practice, you guessed it, is to help you get more centered in faith be that God, the universe, anything that is "more." Most of us are taught we can't have a true relationship with God unless we go to church or have a pastor/priest connect us or have someone we have to confess to who can absolve our sins. This is not true. Yes, I facilitate this meditation, but you do the work.
