Ep 22: What is Happiness & How To Be it/Soros & Gates/Oooo, Bailey

I was asked to do this episode on happiness, and I thought this would be easy. I know a lot about that... what it is and how to have more! For sure! And, given the heaviness of my last episode… a welcomed relief. Well, my goodness was I incorrect in my perception. Not only is this one of my longest podcasts, but what I present here is not cookie-cutter nor like much of the superficial happiness "crap" you find out there. Laughing here yet good googly serious.

Ok, so yes, it is work to be happy given current society and world circumstances where so much is stacked against you/us (literally intentionally working to bring our vibrations down, down, down). Everything is positioned to shrink you as well as not to feel good physically and emotionally. So, it is so important to be aware, to battle it with peace (interesting juxtaposition),  and I offer how to be in it yet not of it. Literally, to be happy in the midst of it.
