Ep 18: Divorce/Relationship Shifts/Shit Hitting the Fan... Why Now?

Woooo, I was on a role with this one. I talk... then talk with my dear friend/client Cindy about divorce, relationship splits, what it is like as a spiritual person going through this and also knowing that shit is getting real now, regardless of who you are. Relationships need to change, develop, ascend... there is so much that just can't be anymore. So much that can't just be accepted and seen as "fine" or  "ok" or "doable." Have you said any of these words to describe any relationship you are in? YOU deserve a good life, awesome connection/friendships, realness. If you don't have them, maybe have some, want more... listen to this!!!

Also, I do my best to communicate how to truly be with someone who is going through some sort of break. You can't hide from that portion either. Well, you can, but that is not real. Be real, gosh durned it. The Just Be practice goes into this portion and how to evaluate your own relationships. Not a meditation this time, it is more of a contemplation of awareness and mindfulness. Journal if you desire.
