Daniel sees, in a vision, the second and third world empire battling it out. He also sees a historical villain named Antiochus IV, who persecuted the Jews and defiled their temple. This person is a forerunner to the coming world leader who will, in many ways, mimic him with persecution and hate for the Chosen People.
